Richard Dale Fox, Sr.

Richard Dale Fox, Sr., 77 of Attica died at 12:48 p. m. Sunday February 6, 2011 at Regency Place in Lafayette. He was born south of Foster July 20, 1933 the son of William Edward and Marguerite Clem Fox.
He attended Foster Grade School and was a 1951 graduate of Covington High School. He was a resident of Covington most of his life, moving to Attica in 2001. Dick was an auto salesman at Allens Pontiac, Oldsmobile in Covington for many years. His memberships included: Yeddo Lodge #636 F & A M, Scottish Rite Valley of Danville, Il, Fountain County Low Twelve Club.
Richard married Deloris Mae Jinkins September 26, 1952 at Cates and she survives. Also surviving is a daughter Dellie Jean (Roger) Craig of Crawfordsville, a son Richard D. Fox, Jr. of Baggs,WY, a sister Elizabeth Bucholz of Devils Lake, ND, 2 grandchildren, 4 great grandchildren, and a great-great granddaughter.
He requested cremation. Burial will be at a later date in Lower Mound Cemetery. Shelby Funeral Home is assisting the family. Condolences to the family may be sent to www.shelbyfuneralhome.com.
