Myrna Frances Marquess

Myrna Frances Marquess, 72 died at 2:03 p. m. Tuesday January 14, 2014 at Mulberry Health & Retirement Facility in Mulberry, IN. She was born April 7, 1941 in Lafayette the daughter of Samuel and Lillian Ruth (Bresnahan) Sietsma.

She was a resident of Covington 30 years and formerly lived in Danville, IL. She had been employed at Eagle Grocery in Danville and Covington Cleaners for several years.

Myrna married Charles Franklin Marquess February 27, 1970 at Otterbein, IN and he died September 24, 2009. She is survived by three daughters, Kimberly (Roger) Dickerson of Greensboro, NC; Teresa (James) Guffy of Frankfort, IN; Lisa (Dana) Russell of Danville, IL; and a brother Michael (Sue) Bresnahan of Port Charlotte, FL. Also surviving are 3 grandchildren and 3 great grandchildren. She was preceded in death by two brothers and her parents.

Memorial services will be at 1:00 p. m. Friday January 17, 2014 at Shelby Funeral Home with Bill Cook officiating. Cremation was her request. Condolences to the family: www.shelbyfuneralhome.com.
