Covington Mary R. Hall, 90 died at 8:45 p. m. Sunday September 12, 2010 at The Waters of Covington. She was born August 7, 1920 at Mancelona, Michigan the daughter of Walter B. and Jessie Shank Guire.
She moved to Covington with her daughter in 1996 from Champaign and previously lived at Terre Haute most of her life. She was a homemaker and a member of Second Church of Christ at Danville.
Mary married Gus L. Hall October 4, 1946 and he died November 29, 1964. Surviving are two daughters, Ava M. Cohoon of Covington and Thelma (David) Bushong of Vassar, MI, 5 grandchildren and ten great grandchildren. Her parents, a brother and a sister preceded her in death.
Visitation will be Noon to time of services at 1:00 p. m. EDT Wednesday September 15, 2010 at Shelby Funeral Home. Drew Mentzer will officiate. Cremation will follow with burial of ashes in Antioch Cemetery, Washington, IN at a later date.
