Larry Tom Clark, 66 of Rural Veedersburg died at 8:00 a. m. Monday January 7, 2013 at St. Vincent Hospital in Indianapolis having been ill eight months. He was born October 13, 1946 at Walnut Ridge, AR the son of Harry Ray and Ethel (Kelley) Clark.
He graduated from Turkey Run High School and served in the US Army in Vietnam. He was a resident of Veedersburg 34 years, and formerly lived at Kingman and Tangier. He was a member of the VFW Post #2395 and American Legion Post #291. He enjoyed the outdoors, all sports and especially the Cubs. His ultimate hobby was his grandchildren.
Tom is survived by a daughter Joy Dawn Clark of Danville and a son Harry Thomas Clark of Veedersburg; 2 sisters, Harriett Bacon, and Melba (Lloyd) Riddle, both of Kingman; 3 brothers, Jack (Jane) Clark of Crawfordsville, Jim (Bridget) Clark of Ladoga and Dick (Terry) Clark of Camden, TN; 3 grandsons, Brandon Clark, Tyler and Zachary Haworth; several nieces and nephews. His parents and 2 granddaughters preceded him in death.
Visitation will be Noon until the time of services at 2:00 p. m. Wednesday January 9, 2013 at Shelby Funeral Home, Covington. Rev. Michael McCollum will officiate and burial will be in Mt.
