Frances Marie Douglas, 84 of Alvin, TX, a former area resident died October 2, 2013 at home. She was born August 21, 1929 at Hammond, IN the daughter of Willard and Edith (Pearl) Barnes.
Frances married Roy L. Douglas and he died December 28, 2002.
Surviving are four children, Sharon Rose Ard of Liverpool, TX; Kevin (Karen P.) Douglas of Lockport, IL; Caristonia Douglas and Tina (James) Stahl, both of Alvin, TX; a sister Kitty Craven of Williamsport. Her parents, husband and a daughter Barbara Douglas preceded her in death.
Burial will be at 2:30 p. m. Sunday October 27, 2013 in Brown Cemetery, Veedersburg with Father David Rasner officiating. Shelby Funeral Home is assisting the family. Condolences to the family: [email protected] .
