Doris Lea (Jones) Dunham

Doris Lea Dunham, 95, of Danville, IL, passed away peacefully at home on November 30, 2023.  Doris was born March 19, 1928 in Perrysville, IN. the daughter of, the late Victor H. and Anna Louise (Murray) Jones She is a retired school secretary who loved bird watching, reading, gardening and baking.  She will be remembered as a loving mother and grandmother.

She is predeceased by her parents, husband of 49 years, Richard Vaughn Dunham, siblings, Murray and Reva Jones, son-in-law, Ron Marriage and grandson, Adam Seth Gottlieb.  She leaves behind, daughters, Cheryl Marriage of Commiskey, IN, Jill Denise (Berl) Gottlieb of Downington, PA, Laurel (Don) Hanetho of Danville, IL, 8 grandchildren, 2 step-grandchildren, 16 great-grandchildren and 2 great-great grandchildren.

Visitation will be held from 5-7pm (EST) at the funeral home Monday, December 4, 2023.  Funeral Service will be at the funeral home at 11am (EST) December 5, 2023 with Pastor Tracy Taulman officiating.  Interment will follow at Atherton Cemetery, Danville, IL.
